Baebea's Foodie Feeder Trays are perfectly designed for our Foodie Feeders.

Simply fill the Foodie Feeder Tray with breast milk, formula, smoothie, purees, yoghurt etc. Pop in the freezer. When frozen fill the nipple with the desired food and snap the feeder closed. The transition from liquids to solid foods is a big step and such an exciting moment for parents/caregivers.

It's a vital stage for a baby’s development. As exciting as that first bite may be, it can also seem daunting for parents/caregivers. Some babies will be so eager to try that first bite that they may bite off more than they can chew or not know how to swallow just yet. That is what Baebea's foodie feeder is there for. The foodie feeder has small holes that only allows small bits of food to pass through, making it a worry-free solution to introducing solids.

Baebea’s foodie feeder is an excellent feeder to safely give babies their fruits and veggies with peace of mind from 6 months +. Simply fill the nipple with the desired food and snap the feeder closed! The foodie feeder also allows parents/caregivers to introduce different flavours and food types that may not be appropriate for the baby to consume safely in whole pieces.

Baebea's foodie feeder can also begin helping little ones even before they are ready for solids! The foodie feeder can be filled with frozen breast milk or formula as a great way to naturally soothe sore gums and swelling caused by teething. Since breast milk or formula plays a very important role in a baby’s diet for at least the first year, this is a great way to continue giving them nutrients from milk.

Baebea’s foodie feeder is designed with an anti-slip handle, easy for little hands to hold. The nipple is made from soft silicone to soothe and relieve tender gums.  The foodie feeder is freezer safe, perfect for frozen berries to soothe swollen gums. The foodie feeder is easy to wash with nowhere for bacteria to harbour. Baebea’s foodie feeder comes with an on-the-go cap, so you can fill and go.

Care Instructions

To clean: Clean before first use using warm soapy water and clean after each use.

Your weaning product is safe to clean in warm/hot soapy water or the top shelf of the dishwasher. Try to wash the product immediately after use and refrain from using any strong solvents or harsh chemicals when cleaning. Do not store or leave in direct sunlight or near a source of heat as it may cause discolouration.
Slight staining may occur if the product has come into contact with strong oil-based foods (eg, oil/tomato based sauces) and left unwashed for a period of time. To try to remove residue stains, scrub with dish soap and leave to soak in warm soapy water.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food this item comes into contact with.
We will not be able to provide a refund or exchange any stained products.

Residue build up for silicone teat

This can happen if highly scented soap/dishwasher tablets are used is used to wash your products. Also some strong oil based foods may cause a residue.

Our recommendation and what we have used for our own children’s silicone dinnerware is the following:

Use a fresh lemon or lime to remove the oil/soap residue. Cut and rub the lemon all over the silicone and let sit for approximately 10-15 minutes and then thoroughly rinse.

Then mix: equal parts baking soda and vinegar in a bowl to form a paste.

Apply the paste: Generously apply the paste to your silicone items, ensuring all surfaces are coated.

Let it sit: Allow the paste to work its magic for about 10 minutes, giving the chemical reaction time to neutralise the odours.

For stubborn odours or grease, let the paste dry completely before washing it off. - this might be best for your plate and spoon. This extended drying time allows for deeper penetration and potentially better cleaning results. However, keep in mind that the dried paste might require more effort to remove during rinsing.

Rinse and refresh: Rinse the items thoroughly under hot water to remove the paste and any lingering odours.

This is not something you would need to do each time you wash the silicone product, it would be recommended if there is a residue.
